Before and during order processing, we may screen transactions and counterparties using specialized blockchain analytics and internal compliance procedures.
The Service may:
- request identity verification (KYC);
- require documents confirming the source of funds and purpose of the transaction;
- suspend, delay, or decline an operation when elevated risk is identified;
- disclose information to competent authorities where required by law.
Verification may be triggered, including but not limited to:
- large amounts or unusual transaction patterns;
- repeated transactions within a short period;
- links to high-risk jurisdictions, sanctions lists, or mixers;
- signs of fraud, deception, or other illegal activity.
Refusal to complete verification may result in denial of service without compensation for indirect losses.
